Co-founder & Director of Operations
Ranjith Kumar Duguntla is the co-founder and Director of Operations at Swatantrata Center, with over 10 years of experience in political activism, public policy, and community engagement. Inspired by veteran political leader Dr. Jaya Prakash Narayan, Ranjith has been actively involved with Loksatta Party and its affiliated organizations, including the Foundation for Democratic Reforms and Youth for Better India (YBI).
A passionate social entrepreneur from Huzurnagar, Telangana, Ranjith’s dedication to social transformation has been recognized with the Karmaveer Chakra Award by the United Nations in 2019 and 2023-24, alongside the Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship. He has been deeply engaged in socio-political reforms, advocating for the Right to Information Act and contributing to the Swarajya Movement in the Telugu states.
Ranjith also worked with India’s Future Foundation, where he led outreach initiatives and training programs focused on promoting liberal reforms in India and their impact on the country’s economy, politics, and society.
He has represented India at international conferences in the United States and received multiple recognitions, including the Karmaveer Chakra Award for his efforts toward driving change in India.
