The John Galt School (JGS) is an 8-week online program inspired by Ayn Rand’s philosophy of Objectivism. Designed for university students and intellectually curious individuals, it empowers you to explore freedom, reason, and individualism. Through engaging sessions, you’ll sharpen critical thinking and gain practical tools to understand and shape your world. This program accepts up to twenty-five participants per semester, offering a fresh perspective on society, politics, and economics.

This Fall, the Swatantrata Center is proud to host the John Galt School (JGS) Online Edition 2025, a premier global program by The Atlas Society International. This unique 8-week online journey is meticulously designed for ambitious thinkers and students across India who are eager to delve into the fundamental ideas that shape human freedom, reason, and individualism.

Inspired by Ayn Rand’s profound philosophy of Objectivism, the John Galt School offers a rigorous and engaging exploration of essential concepts across philosophy, ethics, economics, politics, and classical liberal thought. Through a dynamic blend of inspiring lectures, interactive workshops, and stimulating discussions, participants will not only deepen their intellectual understanding but also gain practical tools to critically analyze and positively influence the world around them.

About the John Galt School (JGS)

The John Galt School (JGS) is a globally recognized educational program built upon Ayn Rand’s philosophy of Objectivism. Started in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2015, it has expanded significantly, reaching over 2,000 participants in more than 50 countries through 104 successful sessions. JGS offers a structured yet adaptable environment to explore the fundamental principles of Objectivism, covering metaphysics, ethics, politics, economics, and art. The program uses a mix of expert lectures, lively debates, and hands-on workshops to help students apply Objectivist ideas to their own lives. It aims to challenge conventional thinking, develop critical thinking skills, and provide practical tools for understanding and influencing the world through reason, individualism, and liberty. JGS is a transformative experience for anyone looking for clarity, purpose, and a deeper understanding of Ayn Rand’s influential ideas. Many former participants have become active advocates and even instructors of Objectivism, showing the program’s lasting influence.   • Participant Cap: This exclusive edition will select only the top 25 applications from across India to ensure a focused and intimate learning environment.
